Bakery On Main was dreamed up by co-owner Greg James with the hopes of bringing back the small town bakery concept back to downtown Waconia. With the perfect cozy location not being fully utilized right on Main Street, the scheming began! After consulting just the right people, the pieces started to fall into place and what is known as the Iron Tap Lounge finally was going to be used to it's maximum potential. The space is transformed into Bakery On Main (by day) and back to the Lounge (by night).
